Ted says he dropped the college course because it conflicted with being perpetually stoned, but he still knew how to say, “Come on, bro, don’t Bogart the Funyuns.” He knew how to convey meaning each time he answered Lily in the end of episode scene were he repeats that phase several times differently while using hand gestures. Even telling Lily that he loved her.
2: Back in college Marshall, Lily, & Ted ate quite a few sandwiches (Ted's Eating a Sandwich is the metaphor Future Ted uses for smoking cannabis). It's not meaning that Italians eat Funyuns but that stoners do.
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09702755576192837896noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-294578577862226617.post-48168256828008949342013-07-02T00:54:46.499-07:002013-07-02T00:54:46.499-07:00indeed!indeed!eddiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00548778584004731423noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-294578577862226617.post-2372970688626344092013-07-02T00:26:59.137-07:002013-07-02T00:26:59.137-07:00it was supposed to be inaccurate and funny, he onl...it was supposed to be inaccurate and funny, he only said those words repeatedly hahahaJi Sun Kimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08054739867573869414noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-294578577862226617.post-44045407012240738102013-06-21T07:04:17.153-07:002013-06-21T07:04:17.153-07:00Yeah, I laughed a lot too, especially when I saw t...Yeah, I laughed a lot too, especially when I saw the scene in Little Italy (just added to this post)!
