Yep, I agree - but unfortunately, the "leading by example" does not always work, not with everybody... and of course you can try, try, try again (cf. Robert the Bruce, before winning the battle of Bannockburn) - until your patience reaches its limits (cf. Wednesday´s quote...) ;-)
