Magic words to update MacPorts

I sistematically forget the command to type in the terminal to update MacPorts...
So I decided to make this small reminder... 
Type in the terminal window the following line
 
sudo port -d selfupdate

That's it!
This command will start the update in a verbose mode.
GO TO THE HOME PAGE

I have just watched the first episode of How I Met Your Mother Season 8. I found it very good, it is the essence of the whole series, i.e. the Ted's quest of the true Love!
